Dr. Tong knew exactly how I felt when I first met him.  He has a clear and conscientious way of communicating.  He understood what I was feeling and experiencing, physically and emotionally, and attempted to calm my nerves and concerns.  Dr. Tong was very understanding to me.  On my second visit, he remembered about my 12 year old son’s baseball league championship!  Thanks for your caring, kind, and understanding heart.

I’ve worked with Orange Coast Anesthesia on multiple occasions and they are very professional, consistent, and efficient.  The anesthesiologists I’ve worked with are very attentive to detail and great with the patients.  I see it

and my patients tell me.  They come with a full setup of monitors, drugs, and supplies that are capable of performing general anesthesia if needed.  Most of my cases have been done with deep sedation though and I’ve been able to shorten my procedural times with their help.  They are very respectful to my staff and we all work very well together.

Dr. Nguyen was very confident and personal.  I was initially very hesitant and afraid about my dental implant procedure.  I have chronic anxiety and am very afraid of needles and instruments.  But after I spoke with him on the phone, he answered all of my questions and concerns and was very thorough and I felt less afraid.  On the day of my surgery, I met the young doctor and he made sure I was doing ok and took the time to do some imagery and breathing exercises before placing my I.V.  He did this “magic glove” trick and man I didn’t feel the needle at all!  After that, I woke up and my dentist said “all done!”  All I could say was “Wow that was a great nap!”  I got discharge instructions from him and my husband took me home that morning.  Pain was minimal.  I was very surprised when he called me the next day to see how I was doing.  It was way better then what I had imagined.  I would definitely use his services again and would recommend it to my family and friends.  Thanks Doc!  :)  -Patient A.H. of Orange County
