Boomer Construction Services Inc. (BCS) provides pre–construction, construction management and general contracting services to the private and public works sectors. BCS specializes in bringing together the skills and experiences of a variety of companies and individuals to complete each project in a timely and cost-effiecient manner. Pre-Construction Services
Boomer Construction Services Inc. (BCS) provides preÂconstruction services that consists of working with designers, architects, engineers, and owners to ensure that the projects are being designed in a cost effective manner. It is important to review and keep projects within a realistic budget by performing quality estimates. Boomer Construction Services Inc. estimating services offers a wealth of experience, knowledge and subcontractor resources to reflect accurate pricing for our estimates. This effort will ensure that the project is within a realistic budget prior to bidding.
Construction Management Services
Boomer Construction Services Inc. (BCS) provides construction management services that work directly for owners and developers on construction related projects. BCS maintains the necessary project controls by working with the contractor and their subcontractors, to ensure that the project is on schedule and within budget. BCS provides a team has the experience, knowledge, and expertise to manage each project by utilizing all of the neccessary tools to see the project through to completion.
Subcontracting
Boomer Construction Services Inc. (BCS) has developed excellent relationships with its subcontractors throughout California. Our subcontractors provide competitive pricing to BCS because of our excellent working relationships on previous projects. For subcontracts that exceed $100K, we usually require the subcontractor to provide a payment and performance bond to ensure that all parties are protected.
Scheduling
Boomer Construction Services Inc. (BCS) will begin all scheduling tasks immediately upon award of each contract. Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules are developed utilizing Primavera P.6, Microsoft Projects, or Sure Track software. This will allow for the incorporating of all necessary resources, materials and equipment. These tools will provide accountability and procurement for an onÂtime and successful project. Boomer Construction Services Inc. also incorporates its budget data into the CPM’s in order to streamline the monthly payment application procedure. CPM’s are updated monthly to insure that the project schedules are maintained. 3 week look ahead schedules are also utilized each week to facilitate and management the schedule.
Communication with the Owner
At least once a week, there will be a site visit by a principal of Boomer Construction Services Inc. Together with the owner, the principal will review the progress of the work, and address any outstanding issues.
